The basics of using Foyer.

Who you're contracting with

Foyer is operated by AEO Juice LLC, doing business as Foyer Chat. Where these terms say “we,” “us,” or “Foyer,” they mean AEO Juice LLC.

The service

Foyer is a white-label AI support-and-sales chat widget you embed on your site. You're responsible for the knowledge you add and how you configure your assistant. The platform is for front-desk use and must not be used to collect protected health information.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Trials require a card and convert automatically unless cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the billing portal — changes take effect per the portal's terms (cancellations at the end of the current period). Usage beyond your included credits follows your plan's overage settings. Charges appear on your card statement as FOYER CHAT.

Acceptable use

Don't use Foyer for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to attempt to access another tenant's data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy summary for how it's handled.
