How Foyer handles your data.

Who we are

Foyer is operated by AEO Juice LLC, doing business as Foyer Chat. AEO Juice LLC is the controller of the account data described below. For the conversations your assistant handles with your own visitors, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, work email, workspace), the knowledge and settings you configure, and the chat conversations your assistant handles on your behalf. We do not collect health data — the platform is built to keep PHI out.

How we use it

To run the service you signed up for: answering from your knowledge, capturing leads you ask for, and notifying your team. We don't sell your data or use your customers' conversations to train shared models.

Sub-processors

We use trusted infrastructure and model providers (hosting, database, payments via Stripe, email, and LLM providers) strictly to deliver the product. A current sub-processor list and a standard DPA are available on request.

Your controls

You can export your data or delete your workspace at any time from Settings; deletion is honored downstream after a short grace period. Each tenant is isolated — your data is never commingled with another account's.
